Memberships and session packs without the spreadsheet
Sell a block of sessions or a monthly membership, and let Wellspring keep count — how many are left, what's included, and when the next period is due.

Sound familiar?
Blocks of sessions and monthly plans are good for a clinic and miserable to administer. The count lives in a spreadsheet, or in someone's head, and the client is usually more confident about how many they have left than you are. Renewal dates get missed, and a discount gets applied twice or not at all.
How Wellspring fixes it
Packs that count themselves down
Sell a client a pack of sessions and redeem them against appointments as they come in. The calendar shows you when an appointment is covered by one.
Memberships with what's included built in
A membership can carry a number of included sessions per period, a percentage discount on everything else, and access to classes — applied at invoicing rather than remembered.
Renewals raise themselves
When a membership period ends, Wellspring raises the invoice for the next one. Once you've connected your clinic's own Stripe or Square account, it can also take payment from the client's saved card.
Session packs are on every plan. Memberships are available on the Planted plan and above.
Common questions
Do I need a payment provider connected for this to work?
No — without one, the renewal still raises the invoice and it sits as owing, the same as any other invoice. Connecting Stripe or Square is what lets it charge a saved card.
Can I put an expiry date on a block of sessions?
Not at the moment. A pack counts down as it's used, but it doesn't lapse on a date.
